Driver ICs and DC/DC Converters for HB LED Control

E910.25, E910.26

The single channel DC/DC controllers for external N-channel power MOSFETs are suitable to drive a LED string. The ICs support step-up, step-down, flyback, SEPIC and Cuk topologies. In addition to the E910.26 basis version, the E910.25 includes enhanced short-circuit and overload protection.

E910.96*

Combining a multi-topology SMPS with four LED current controllers, the E910.96 is an ideal solution for step-up, flyback, buck-boost and SEPIC topologies. Each of the four channels has two programmable reference voltages and can drive four LED strings separately.

E981.06*

Combined single channel SMPS and LED controller. It is suitable for constant current, dimmable LED drivers or constant voltage SMPS, both with Product Specifications high efficiency.

E910.27, E910.28

These are step-down DC/DC controllers with an internal and external reference voltage. The devices are suitable for SMPS or constant current LED driver applications. The E910.27 includes a FET (2.8 A peak current).

E981.01

The E981.01 is a multi-phase booster IC that can drive up to nine phases. This device is suitable for high voltage applications and can power loads up to 500 W or more. Only ceramic capacitors on the input and output side are required to save space, increase the lifetime and reduce costs of the complete system. This device is used for high brightness (HB) modules.
