Optimized COM Express Cooling Solutions allow 60°C Ambient Temperature

The high-performance COM Express™ module families CXB-GM45 und CXC-GS45 also require high performing cooling solutions. A special spring mounted cooling element offsets the height differences of various processor types as well as any possible manufacturing tolerances. As a result, an optimal cooling of the integrated Intel® Core™2 Duo processors including the T9400 high-end version can be achieved even up to an ambient temperature of 60°C.

Features:

• Spring mounted cooling element for the processor
• Heat conducting contact elements for other critical components
• Threaded (M2.5) or through-hole version available
• Screws for mounting included
• Two different profile heights available
• Fan kit (speed controlled) optionally available

Besides this cooler, different sophisticated cooling solutions for various ETX and COM Express modules can be offered.
