YDS-68D12 – 12 Watt DC/DC Converters – as Small as Never Before

Occupies only 6.35 mm² on Printed Circuit Boards

Based on carefully selected low-loss components, improved circuit design and optimized layout YDS could reduce the size of DC/DC converters even further. Immediately available at MSC Vertriebs GmbH, the new 68D12 series with an output power rating of 12 W features a DIL package measuring just 31.6 x 20.5 x 10 mm. The 68D12 series includes models with input voltage ranges of 9-18 V, 18-36 V or 36-75 V and a single output voltage of 3.3, 5, 12 or 15 V or a bipolar output voltage of 12 or 15 V respectively.

The 68D15 DC/DC converters offer an accuracy of ±2 %, a line regulation of ±0.5 % und a load regulation of ±0.5 %. Input to output isolation is 1500 VDC. Important characteristics are high efficiency, low ripple and noise and full output power from -40 to +75 °C ambient temperature.

In addition, an internal input filter ensures EN55022, class A. Full RoHS compliance, 100 % burn in and three years warranty are decisive advantages for applications of the 68D12 series converters in communication systems, distributed power supplies, industrial controls, instruments, embedded computers and similar equipment.
