MSC Vertriebs GmbH and Gleichmann & Co. Electronics GmbH have been, for
many years, leading high tech distributors of electronic products in the
European market. We are franchised distributors for many of the major
semiconductor manufacturers such as Samsung, Hitachi, STMicroelectronics, ATMEL,
Actel, and Lattice. A range of passive components and electromechanical products
complement these products. In addition to the distribution business we also
design and manufacture a wide range of memory modules for use in PCs,
workstations, notebooks and printers. These are manufactured in our state of the
