MSC is a European wide enterprise in the distribution of electronic components as well as the design, development and manufacture of electronic boards. Our guiding principle - "Competence in Electronics" - is used to differentiate us, for the advantage of our customers, from our competition. With this concept it is our aim to meet customer's requirements better and more completely, than usual with classical distribution companies. By following this principle, the company MSC, has grown to the size of today's enterprise and further growth will be supported by an appropriate quality policy.
Quality is the fulfilment of requirements by practical means
An up-to-date quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and its daily conscientious application and practical adaptation helps us to achieve our goals and ensures complete customer satisfaction. We understand quality management as a task of guidance and each employee is jointly responsible for the quality of their work. A continuous improvement process in all parts of the company helps us to uncover possible gaps and eliminate existing weak points. Realistic annual targets and their achievement are a substantial component of our firm culture and are practised since the existence of the company.
